Our capital donations campaign is based on our history of self-determination.  We remember that the public school system in the United States has its foundation in African American liberation, and it was in our communities, where individuals donated $1.00, $.50, or $.10, to fund our institutions.  Every donation mattered and helped. 
 
So, we are asking our community to donate $1.00, $2.00, or $3.00 a week.  We know that a regular and continual flow of energy, in the form of currency, will secure a foundation for a thriving institution.

We did it before and we can do it again.  This is the work of the ancestors.
